We're sorry to hear about your package. Please email us a photo of your damaged item and screenshot packaging slip, so we can assist in replacing your item.
How do I return/exchange a product?
We want you to be completely satisfied. If online order is not expected, email for further instructions.
When will my order ship?
Your order is shipped out within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location and postage selection (Standard/Express)
During high volume times (promotions, holidays, etc), please allow extra time for us to process your order.
I need to change my order/address. How can I do that?
